About

Hi. My name is Harrison Li. Because of my lifelong condition, eczema, and the complex family circumstances which I grew up with, these events have greatly shaped who I am today. Life is too short and I want to make the world a better place.

In 2013 I had discovered the power of nutrition, using food as medicine, which led to my eczema recovery. This cascaded into a lifelong force to help others do the same. I created CureEczemaSlowly.com in 2013, authored The Eczema Manual in 2017 and started The Eczema Eradication Project (TEEP) in 2018.

Since 2015, I have given 100+ speeches and presentations to audiences from high schools, university, community, to corporate. I love speaking to audiences, big or small, because as long as it inspires people to take positive action, that’s what matters.

My major is Food & Nutritional Science at The University of Hong Kong. In my spare time, I like to read, learn new things, and simply take on meaningful challenges. Hit me up if you want to collaborate.
