As a typical eczema patient since the early age of six, I had gone through the waves and storms of steroid therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, numerous general physicians, dermatologists, and to no avail, in recovering from eczema. Until ten years later, I discovered the possibility of using an integrated evidence-based approach by applying nutrition and lifestyle strategies to reverse autoimmunity. Since 2013, I have embarked on an mission to eliminate eczema worldwide.
In 2013, I created CureEczemaSlowly.com to share actionable content to help people eliminate eczema step by step. In 4 years, it had reached 1 million viewers across 210+ countries.
In 2017, I authored The Eczema Manual: The Missing Compendium in Diagnosing, Treating, and Reversing Eczema so eczema patients can easily find everything they needed in one place to get rid of the condition. This was crucial when the internet was filled with confusing and low quality information.
In 2018, I started The Eczema Eradication Project (TEEP) because I saw the need to help eczema patients take sustainable action. I realized it is very easy to read an article and forget about it. So I connected with fellow students in university and we are on a mission to eliminate eczema for 1 million people by 2026.
What comes next? How will the 2026 mission be achieved? What will it mean for the 300 million sufferers in the world? Let’s find out together.
